Choose the source for the question

Inhance Technologies announced Prakash Iyer’s CEO appointment in October 2024. [1] That announcement is a suitable source for the appointment. A court opinion is the place to check what a court decided. An agency archive identifies the action and status it records. Research becomes easier when each question is matched to a source capable of answering it.

Open the legal record

In the March 2024 opinion, the Fifth Circuit vacated EPA’s challenged orders and addressed the statutory framework for regulating the company’s established process. [3] A secondary article may help orient the reader, but the opinion lets the reader check whether the summary accurately represents the judgment.

Keep dates beside links

A source list without dates can blur a sequence of events. Our suggested notes record the document’s date, its issuer, the question it answers and any limit on that answer. A company announcement should not silently become a current biography, nor should an historical action be presented as the latest development without checking for later records.

What a source cannot prove

A document about a corporate process does not automatically prove an executive’s personal knowledge or intent. A laboratory result does not by itself establish a particular person’s exposure history. A request for more information does not establish what the missing information contains. Recognizing those limits is part of using sources carefully, not a reason to abandon scrutiny.

An independent trail, not an insider account

This guide does not claim access to confidential records. Its links point to public material, and its reading advice is editorial commentary. The folder imagery is generated, not a photograph of recovered files. Readers should be able to rebuild the reasoning from the links and the questions stated here, without relying on the mood of the cover or a claim of unnamed insider authority.
